This policy explains how SpecForge (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through specforge.site (the “Site”), including the interactive product demonstration and the early access and contact forms. SpecForge is building its initial product; this policy covers the Site as it operates today and will be updated before the SpecForge platform processes customer documents.

Information we collect

Information you submit

When you use the early access or contact forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, company, company size, primary use case or inquiry type, and your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to deliver and secure the Site. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

The interactive demo

The product demonstration runs entirely in your browser with fictional sample data. Actions you take in the demo are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate about the early access program.
• To understand which manufacturing use cases interest prospective customers.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered through a form-processing or email service acting on our behalf, and the Site is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and manage your participation in the early access program, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email emmanuel@specforge.site. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

Changes

We will update this policy as SpecForge develops, including before the platform begins processing customer documents. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
