Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of specforge.site (the “Site”), including the interactive product demonstration and the early access program offered by SpecForge (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. The Site and product stage
SpecForge is building its initial product. The Site describes the product and its proposed architecture and includes a demonstration that uses fictional sample data. The demonstration does not process real documents and its outputs are not engineering advice. Product features, pricing and availability described on the Site may change before general availability.
2. Early access
Submitting an early access request does not guarantee access. Any early access participation will be governed by separate written terms agreed with participating companies before any customer documents are processed.
3. Engineering judgment
SpecForge is designed to assist engineers. It does not certify designs, guarantee manufacturability or replace professional engineering judgment. Users remain responsible for verifying requirements and for all quoting, design and production decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content through the Site’s forms.
- Do not scrape or copy the Site’s content for redistribution without permission.
5. Your responsibilities
Information you submit must be accurate and you must have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential technical documents through the Site’s forms.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, the SpecForge name, logo, design, text and software are owned by SpecForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for evaluating SpecForge. Sample data in the demonstration is fictional; any resemblance to real companies or parts is coincidental.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and demonstration are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpecForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Site or the demonstration.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
